sauce:
• 1-2 pcs onions
• 1 tablespoon butter or oil to fry in
• 400-500 g ground beef
• 400 g of crushed tomatoes
• 2 tablespoons tomato paste
• 1 beef stock cube

• 1 teaspoon basil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 pinch ground black pepper
• ev. chilli explosion • or about 0.5 teaspoons chili
cheese sauce:
• 4 tbsp plain flour
• 7 cups milk
• approximately 2 ounces (about 70 grams) grated cheese
• approximately 0.5-1 tsp salt
On top:
• about 1 cup (about 30 grams) grated cheese
Equipment you'll need:
• 1 baking dish approximately 20x25 cm
• 1 teaspoon basil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 pinch ground black pepper
