These are all my ingredients to all who need to lose weight but dont have time to exercise beacause of many reason maybe they have to work all the time like me or there is also some people donot allowed to do hard exercise so try this you only have to add water level to the vegetables but slice it first like what i do and then eat this in breakfast lunch and dinner just try in one week and you can see the diffirent.
