Stuffed tomatoes with bulgur and vegetables ( weight watchers)

weight watchers food for 2 person

1dl bulgur
2 big tomatoes
200 gram mince meat
2tsp oil
half cube vegetable broth
1 tsp curry paste
1fourth tsp salt
little black pepper
half  fresh red pepper
1 cup mix vegetables

preheat the oven to 200 degrees
cook the bulgur
heat oil and put little onion and then put the meat
add curry paste and vegetable broth
then fill the tomatoes with fry meat
and put in the oven for 15 minutes.
mix the cook bulgur with diced pepper
serve with tomatoes filled with meat and veges and enjoy
